CERBERUS Cerberus was the gigantic hound which guarded the gates of Hades. He was posted to prevent ghosts of the dead from leaving the underworld. He was described as a three-headed dog with a serpent's tail, a mane of snakes, and a lion's claws. Spitsvuur Cerberus is one of our newest additions. We imported him from RSA at 10 weeks old. He is an absolute joy. He is a rare black Boerboel. His temperament is unmatched. He is a perfect family companion, but is developing a nice protective nature, without any aggressiveness.. Cerberus is still young, but is demonstrating all the characteristics traits of a classical South African Boerboel. Cerberus is the son of Spitsvuur Jim and Spitsvuur Dollie.
