God of fertility and vegetation and a protector of cattle, fields and boundaries, Mars later became associated
with battle as the growing Roman Empire began to expand, and he was identified as the god of war, and one
of the most prominent and worshipped gods. Mars was generally well liked and rivaled Jupiter as the most
honored god. As he was regarded as the legendary father of Rome's founder, Romulus, it was believed that
all Romans were descendants of Mars.
Mars was imported by us from South Africa at 10 weeks old. Son of Afrika Tosca and
Sunjika Valjaapie, Mars displays excellent confirmation and surprising speed and agility.
He stands 25" and has a very high drive. He functions very well in a working environment
and loves to please us. Give him something to do, and he excels. He is very muscular and
is a cream/fawn like color with a strong black mask. His bloodlines are second to none
(look at some of his bloodline on the left). He is very protective, while still maintaining his
submissiveness to us. Mars produces excellent Boerboels that are highly intelligent with
great drive.

Dopper Nostra was bred from Ysterberg Gogga and Dopper Nina. These two dogs are both very
well known stud dogs in South Africa. Both have produced offspring of a top quality and are two
of South Africa’s top breeding dogs. Ysterberg Gogga who weighs 72kg has produced offspring,
which have been in the top 50 over the past years. To name only a few:
-Avontuur Alfons 94% - 1st in the top 50 in 1999
-Maestro Spider 86,4% - 25th in the top 50 in 2000
-Maestro Oubaas 85% - 41st in the top 50 in 2000
Dopper Nina has also produced various dogs in the top 50:

Dopper Nostra, a son of Ysterberg Gogga, has an appraisal mark of 82%. He appraisal mark
was 82%. His hipdysplasia status is (HD 0-0). He weighs 66kg and is a strong, athletic dog with a
well muscling development. As a stud dog, Dopper Nostra has already proved to breed some of
the best offspring in South Africa. He was used on only one certain bitch and 3 of their male
offspring were registered in the top 50.
