We have since decided to name her Kai, which means
"beautiful" in South African. She learned her new name
in less than a day and responds well to it.

She had her check-up at the vet the day after her flight.
Vet says she is fine. She is growing nicely. I weighed
her yesterday and she was already at 21 pounds.

Potty training is going very well. She has only had a few
accidents since she came home. I have been very
pleased with her progress. She is eating like a horse,
which I am sure you understand!!

We have also been socializing her a lot. She has really
opened up and become a ball of energy. She has
already been on a boat and seemed to enjoy it. She
does very well with all different types of people and is
not shy at all. She will approach others before they
approach her. She travels like a charm. She loves to be
in a vehicle and has already experienced the floppy
ear/jowel syndrome that is well known to all
"head-out-the-window" loving canines!!!
